Our Story
In 2021, I began my career in the financial services industry. At the time, I saw an incredible opportunity—but what really caught my attention wasn’t just the ability to become a high-level producer. And more importantly, I could build a team of people who could change their financial futures alongside me.
Leadership Has Always Been Part of the Journey.
Before entering financial services, I worked with State Farm as a claims adjuster. Before that, I was in Florida coaching and training basketball at the high school level.
Different industries. Different roles. But looking back, the common thread was always the same: Leadership. Development. People.
I’ve always believed that personal growth is the foundation of professional success. Whether I was coaching an athlete, helping a client, or developing an agent, I found that when you help people become better, everything else begins to change.
From Producer to Leader
As I grew in the financial services industry, I began to see the bigger picture.
Being a great producer can create income. But building and leading a great team can create impact, opportunity, and legacy. That became the vision.
I wanted to create an environment where people could come in without having everything figured out, learn a proven system, develop their skills, and become the kind of leader capable of building something of their own.
That’s the business we’re building. That’s the legacy we’re creating.
Success isn’t given. It’s built.
Originally from West Virginia, TJ now calls Belmont, North Carolina home, where he lives with his wife, Paige, and their two kids, Tristan and Tatum. And with two kids at home, there is never a dull moment, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Family is a huge part of why TJ works so hard to build a business, not just for the opportunities it creates, but for the freedom to actually enjoy life with the people who matter most.
When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us doing something involving sports, spending time together, or getting out on the boat. We love being active, making memories, and taking advantage of everything life has to offer.
At the end of the day, building a successful business means very little if you don’t have the freedom to enjoy the life you’re building it for.
Faith first. Family always. And build a life we don’t need a break from.
